CLASSIC ROAD RACING SHOCKS |

Our range of shock
absorbers for Road Race Motorcycles has been developed from our
successful motocross designs, so toughness and durability have already
been built in.
|
|
The fully rebuildable
units are all oil damped and gas assisted and use modern low-friction
materials on all seals, bushes and piston rings. |
|
Aluminium has been
used for as many components as possible and represents a considerable
weight saving over our steel bodied versions. Comparing a pair of shock
absorbers at 13.4in. centers, with a 70lb. spring fitted, the the
total weight in steel would be 6.35lb. (2.89Kg). The "all
aluminium " units however weigh in at just 4.9lb.

We use a unique three
stage damping system on compression and rebound which, if necessary, can be fine-tuned
to suit personal requirements. |

All our aluminium units are finished in
clear bright anodising with chrome plated or satin black powder coated springs. |
